Shipping policy

Standard Delivery: starts at PHP68 for Metro Manila and PHP119 for all other areas within the Philippines, prices are subject to weight of the total order and location. Free shipping for orders PHP2,500 and up for Manila/Luzon and PHP4,000 and up for all other areas (except for Batanes, Bohol & Palawan).

A tracking link will be sent via email once your order is fulfilled (fulfilled means packed and pending pick-up from the courier).

Fulfillment time is 1-2 business days then your order will be scheduled for pick-up by our logistics partner, who usually pick-up within 1-2 days of scheduling (except for Sundays).

Orders usually take 1-2 days upon pick-up for delivery within Metro Manila and 2-10 days for provincial (depending on location) but not guaranteed as this depends on courrier, season, etc. Please expect delays during peak, holidays seasons and unavoidable delays from courrier.
