L'Abondance Refills

Help us stay as eco-conscious as possible & avail our refill program!

• Send us an email at bonjour@abondance.ph or via Instagram @abondance.ph
• Kindly include the following details:

1. List of items to be refilled
2. What you'd like them to be refilled with (scents can be different from the original)
3. Pick-up or delivery (for delivery only - drop off of products will be shouldered & booked by buyer)

• We will then confirm your order (subject to raw materials stock) with the amount & the payment link
• Once the payment has been received, we will then send you the drop off details where you may send the items to (please make sure all items are sent with all their original packaging - lid, box, etc)
• Kindly give us around 2 weeks to refill & cure (for candles only) and 2-3 days for all other products
• We will then inform you 1 day prior when your items will be delivered or when they can be picked up

*All products are eligible for refills EXCEPT for wax melts 
*Kindly ensure that you send the items fully cleaned, wick/sustainer removed (for candles only) & with its original packaging if any (box, lid, etc). If we receive them with missing packaging, this will have to be charged to the buyer
