Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy ONLY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please contact us at bonjour@abondance.ph. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address, which will be sent via email upon acceptance of the request. Then you will have the choice for either a refund or a replacement of the damaged product(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged, please take appropriate pictures/videos.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only damaged products are eligible for returns/replacement.
